Aigerim has been working as a C-level consultant for German and European companies of various sizes for over 8 years. Her focus has always been on tech-driven innovation, building new business models, as well as defining and implementing effective digitalization strategies. As an expert in digital transformation, she supports large companies and start-ups in introducing and living modern technical architectures, operating models and organizational structures. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ludwig Maximilian University and a Master's degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of Manchester. She is also a certified OKR Coach, Agile Scrum Master and DevOps Master.
