We are very glad to have Paul Niven on the show for this one! Paul is an American author, OKR coach, management consultant, and noted speaker on the subjects of strategy, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and strategy execution.
During his many years of experience, he has developed successful performance management systems for large and small clients in a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, the public sector, and nonprofit agencies.
